Lead Objective 4: Observer Communities, Innovation and Dissemination
This lead objective can be broken down in the following operative objectives:

To prepare the different management systems in observer communities to the point where they can start the implementation of their own CONCERTO process.

To develop a master course on management of communal processes such as the CONCERTO process.

To develop and give training courses on different aspects of the CONCERTO process.

To develop and disseminate policy conclusions.
To protect and exploit the developed know-how by the consortium partners.
